I really wanted to like these, but man, the break-in period was a pain in the butt. My feet were sore for the first couple weeks, and I almost gave up on them because it felt kind of ridiculous. They’re a bit better now, but for what they cost, I expected way less hassle. Not the worst thing ever, just kind of a crappy experience for me.

it’s been really stable for me. support was helpful when i needed a hand, so overall i’m happy with it.

I wasn’t totally sure the VKs were going to fit my cleats, but the size guide ended up being accurate. I had to trim them a bit, which I wasn’t thrilled about after already dealing with enough product questions and return hassles lately, but once I got them in, they sat fine.

They didn’t work as well in my older running shoes though, since those felt a little too tight with the inserts. Overall I’m happy with them, but I’d definitely check how much room you have in your shoes first so you don’t have to mess around with it more than necessary.

The return part was easy, so I’ll give them that. The exchange did end up going through, but it took a few extra days, which kind of felt like it sat around longer than it needed to. Not a huge deal, just a little slower than I expected.

It took a few runs before I really noticed a difference, but these insoles have helped a lot. My knees used to get sore afterward, especially on longer runs, and now the pain is way less. I actually caught myself thinking about my playlist instead of my knees the other day, which is rare because I’m usually either complaining about my legs or wondering why I didn’t just go for a walk instead. Anyway, they’ve been a solid little upgrade for my running shoes.

I picked these up for basketball, i’m really glad I gave them a shot. I wasn’t expecting anything major, but after using them for about two weeks, I started noticing my vertical felt a bit better and I was getting to the rim more easily.
It’s definitely not some overnight miracle, but my legs do feel a little springier, which I’m grateful for. So far, I’m happy with them and thankful they’ve actually made a difference.

I ordered from vktry.com and I was mostly just hoping the whole delivery thing wouldn’t turn into a headache, but it was totally easy, the tracking updated like it was supposed to, the package showed up right when they said it would, nothing was damaged or crushed, and the whole thing was just way smoother than I expected. No complaints at all, I’d definitely order from them again.

I’m really happy with these. They fit nicely and stay comfortable all day, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The insoles themselves were decent, but the support made it feel like they were making it my problem to fix, which really took away from the experience.

They felt stiff at first, actually, more than I expected, but after a few games they started to loosen up and feel a lot more comfortable.

I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick back-and-forth, but it took days to get a reply, and by the time they finally answered, my issue still wasn’t actually fixed. So now I’m kind of left in the same spot, just more frustrated than before

I gave the VKs a try for a few runs i expected way better shock absorption. My knees still felt beat up afterward, maybe slightly less than usual, but nowhere near enough to justify the price. The fit was fine, so that wasn’t the issue. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the cushioning because it just doesn’t do much for impact
